Kah Guan has a good partnerships with more local fish farms, thus supply stays sufficient and consistent.
Patin fish caught from the aquaculture farms are transported immediately to the factory for processing, classification, cleaning, packaging, and then blast freezing at -45 ℃ below to keep the fish in the best quality.
The size of Patin fish are 0.3-0.5kg, 0.5-0.7kg, 0.7-2.2kg and above 2.2kg.

Patin are graded and sorted into baskets.

After being sorted, patin have to be cleaned and wrapped individually.

After the wrapping, patin will be sent to the freezer for blast freezing at below -45°C.
